An inspector is authorized to stop and inspect any regulated article moving into a rice production area. Any article found to be infested with Gibberella fujikuori (bakanae strains) or having originated in an area where Gibberella fujikuori (bakanae stains) is known to occur and not certified, shall be subject to treatment or confiscation and destruction, without compensation, as required by the Bureau of Plant Industry.
