The forms of certificates to be issued to cover the movement of nursery stock from the grower shall be as follows:

MISSISSIPPI STATE, MISSISSIPPI 39762
NURSERY CERTIFICATE
The undersigned hereby certifies that the nursery stock in the nurseries of ____________________ located at _______________________, Mississippi, has been thoroughly inspected. The stock, premises, and adjacent properties have been found to be apparently free from especially injurious pests and diseases.
The use of this certificate upon nursery stock, which has not been inspected by a duly authorized nursery inspector of the Bureau of Plant Industry, is a violation of the law and will be prosecuted.
