Section 2-1-2-10-102.01

Any person engaged in, or desiring to establish a grain warehouse business shall make application to the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce on forms prescribed by the Commissioner. Each application shall be accompanied with an application fee of $150.00 and a license fee as provided for. The license fee will be returned if a license is refused.
