The operator of a warehouse shall keep all grain in his warehouse in condition by whatever means so deemed necessary to prevent the quality of such grain from deteriorating. When an operator discovers or is advised that grain in storage in his warehouse is out of condition, he shall immediately comply with the requirements of section 117 of this chapter.
