Section 2-1-2-10-112.01

The holder of a warehouse receipt for grain in a warehouse may request the grain to be delivered to him. The grain must be delivered in the quantity and grade as designated on the warehouse receipt. The warehouse receipt holder, upon delivery of grain, must surrender the warehouse receipt properly endorsed and pay storage, warehouseman's liens, and any other charges.
