Not later than eighteen (18) days prior to the date upon which the bond cancellation becomes effective and not later than fifteen (15) days prior to the date upon which the insurance cancellation becomes effective, the warehouseman shall give written notice to the Commissioner that he has obtained a new bond or insurance coverage which will become effective and is to be in full force and effect on and after the date upon which his existing bond or insurance, as the case may be, is to be cancelled.
