Section 2-1-2-09-103.01

Before a license is issued to the applicant, he shall file with the Department a surety bond in accordance with Section 75-45-305 of the Act. The bond must be executed on forms supplied by the Department and made payable to the people of the State of Mississippi with the Commissioner of the Department as trustee.
