Members or Subscribers of the Mississippi State Rating Bureau desiring to deviate from approved rates of the said bureau may have their request considered by completing in detail the forms furnished by the Commission with carbon copy to the Bureau.2. Deviations are approved for one year or less and expire annually on May 31. Forms for renewal are automatically mailed to each company in March.B. Casualty. 1. Companies desiring to deviate from approved rates of casualty bureaus to which they are members or subscribers may have their request considered by completing in detail forms furnished by the Commission.2.
