The Office of Community Services (OCS), in collaboration with the CSBG network, created State Accountability Measures to track organizational performance by State CSBG Lead Agencies. The State Accountability Standards capture data about the activities and functions carried out on the state level. They capture the effectiveness and efficiency of the State in its implementation of the state plan and the impact the State has on the performance of its eligible entities.
