The low-income members of tribal organizations shall be entitled to apply and receive weatherization assistance, as provided to other low-income persons in the State, through the normal channels of the State of Mississippi DOE BIL Weatherization Assistance Program (MS DOE WX BIL WAP) in accordance with 10 CFR 440.16(f).
