MDHS shall ensure youth who need health care beyond the resources available at Oakley Youth Development Center, as determined by the responsible Physician, Dentist, Psychiatrist or other health care practitioner licensed pursuant to federal and state law, shall be transported under appropriate security provisions to a provider where such care shall be provided.
