MDHS will ensure students are entitled to receive a free and appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment and that it provides for the student to receive special education services that may be reasonably predicted to benefit the student. In order to provide these services, MDHS will maintain an Individualized Education Program (IEP) for students eligible for special education services.
