11.3.Tripartite Board Representation Assurance: Describe how the states will verify that eligible entities have policies and procedures by which individuals or organizations can petition for adequate representation on an eligible entity's Tripartite Board as required by the assurance under Section 676(b)(10) of the CSBG Act. The State has a Board Policy in place to ensure this requirement. The Board Policy is given to all entities and the State conducts reviews of eligible entity bylaws to ensure bylaws have policies for tripartite board representation.
