MDHS must notify the local USCIS office whenever staff determine that any member of a household is ineligible due to the member being in the U.S. in violation of the INA.B. If it is indicated that the head of household or a household member is unable or unwilling to provide proof of non-citizen status, then MDHS will consider that person to be an ineligible non-citizen.
