MQHC Grantees may use the following budget line items:
personnel, fringe benefits, travel, equipment, supplies, contractual, other, and indirect costs (definitions will be provided in the Request for Proposals and Funding Continuation Application instructions).
Pursuant to Mississippi Code § 41-99-5(3) funds received through the MQHC Grant Program cannot be used for the following:
To supplant federal funds traditionally received by those centers, but can be used to supplement them; or
For land or real estate investments; or
To finance or satisfy any existing debt.
