The MQHC Grant Program Award Allocation will be distributed equitably among grantees, based on evaluation criteria, activities undertaken, and performance measures (the award per grantee, per state fiscal year, is limited to $200,000). To ensure that all awarded funds will be utilized for legislatively intended purposes, centers must submit an acceptable MQHC Grant Program Proposal/Funding Continuation Application.
