The contract must include a liquidation damages clause as required by the ARC. Specific wording to be included in the contract is included in this packet. However, any clauses that would require the J-1 physician to pay a sum to the employer for experience gained on the job or for the J-1 physician remaining in the area after the contract has ended are not allowed.
