Rule 15-9-91-3.16 - Determination of Reviewability Processing Fee

Per Miss. Code Ann. §41-7-205a fee payment of Two Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500) shall accompany the application for Determination of Reviewability and is payable to the Mississippi Department of Health by check, draft, or money order.
