Rule 15-5-85-6.3.9

Disclosure of confidential identifying information shall constitute a felony which, upon conviction, shall be punished by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for not more than three (3) years, or a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) or both.
