Rule 15-5-85-3.8.17

When a delayed birth certificate is determined to be filed fraudulently, the entire fee shall be retained by the State Registrar, and the record and all documents pertaining to the record shall be turned over to the appropriate law enforcement agency for investigation and to the district attorney in the county of venue for prosecution.
