Rule 15-5-85-1.5.1

Certificates of the State Registrar are the primary validation of any facts contained therein. Properly certified copies are to be taken and received as prima facie evidence of the facts stated therein in all Mississippi courts. Any questions concerning the validity of certified copies should be addressed to the State Registrar.
