Rule 15-3-3-1.2.4 - Continuing Designationa. Any Designated Stroke Center that loses, either permanently or temporarily, patient care specialties required by this regulation, shall report that loss to the Department b. If the loss will result in the hospital's inability to carry out the patient care activities associated with the current level of designation for a period longer than 30 days, the facility must submit a Corrective Action Plan that addresses how and when the facility will become compliant c. Subsequent designations for Stroke Centers designated based on reciprocity must be applied for through the same process followed for their initial designation and as prescribed in this document 15 Miss. Code. R. 3-3-1.2.4
