Rule 15-3-1-6.4.1 - General1. It is not anticipated that Level IV Trauma Centers have any of the following services available 24/7: a. Respiratory Therapy Servicesc. Clinical Laboratory Servicesd. Hemodialysis: There must be a written protocol to transfer the patient to a facility that provides this service if this service is not available at the Level IV Trauma Center.2.
