Each Trauma Center shall define a trauma population to perform data collection and analysis. Some programs may choose to define their trauma population as per Mississippi State Department of Health Trauma Registry Inclusion Criteria, while other programs monitor all injured patients treated at the facility regardless of registry inclusion.
