The TMD and trauma program manager (TPM) shall maintain the trauma PIPS program with data support from the trauma registry. Representatives from other clinical and hospital departments involved in the care of trauma patients, as well as the hospital's performance improvement/quality department, shall participate when appropriate to ensure multidisciplinary collaboration and compliance with the hospital's PIPS plan.
