OAIV shall determine the amount awarded to each applicant based upon the Tier funding methodology listed below. This shall be based upon the applicant's FY 2022-2023 Victim of Crime Act (VOCA) award and prior year expenditures for applicants that received State Victim Services funds in the FY 2024 award cycle.
