Section 15-22-5.6 - Tentative Identification of Compounds5.6.1 Tentatively Identified Compounds (TICs) are compounds detected in a sample using gas chromatography mass spectrometry that are not among the target analytes for the residual solvent analysis.5.6.2 The Department may initiate an investigation of a cultivation or processing entity upon receipt of a TICs report from a cannabis testing entity and may require a cultivation or processing entity to submit samples for additional testing, including testing for analytes that are not required by these rules, at the cultivation or processing entity's expense.
