Rule 15-21-78-2.1.7 - Renewal of Certificate of Registration1. Application for renewal of registration shall be filed in accordance with 2.1.4.2. In any case in which a registrant, not less than 30 days prior to the expiration of his existing certificate of registration, has filed an application in proper form for renewal, such existing certificate of registration shall not expire until the application status has been finally determined by the Agency.15 Miss.
