Rule 15-21-78-1.11.13 - Specific Licenses1. Unless otherwise exempted under the provisions of 1.11.4 or licensed under the provisions of Subchapter 3 of the regulations, the manufacturing and distribution of any material or product containing NORM shall be specifically licensed pursuant to the requirements of this section or pursuant to equivalent regulations of another Licensing State.2. Persons conducting the following activities involving equipment or facilities contaminated with NORM in excess of the levels set forth in Appendix A of this section and land contaminated with radium-226 or radium-228 in excess of the limits set forth in 1.11.10(3) shall be specifically licensed pursuant to the requirements of this section: a.
