The applicant must have graduated from an accredited high school or possess a General Equivalency Diploma (GED), have at least three (3) years of experience in the operation of a Class A, B, or C water treatment plant, of which one (1) year of working experience must be in a Class A or B water treatment plant. The applicant must also pass the written examination required by the Bureau.
