Rule 15-20-72-1.17.2 - Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Certification Fees1. An initial fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be charged for certification as a Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester. The Department shall invoice each applicant for the $50 fee and the certificate will not be issued until the fee is received by the Department.2. A fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) shall be charged for the renewal of a certificate.
