Rule 15-19-60-9.6.1 - General Provisions

1. The Board shall issue licenses which shall be renewed biennially, beginning with the first renewal term after the issuance of the license.

2. The licensure period for renewal purposes shall be construed as September 1^st through August 31^st of the odd numbered years.
