There is hereby established the Mississippi Advisory Council in Occupational Therapy under the jurisdiction of the State Board of Health. The Council shall consist of five (5) members as set forth in the Act, for the terms indicated therein, and shall serve under the jurisdiction of the State Board of Health. The purpose of the Council is to serve in an advisory capacity to the Department.
