Rule 15-19-60-7.10.3 - Hearing1. If requested in writing within the specified time frame a hearing will be provided in which the applicant may show cause why the registration should be granted or renewed.2. Within sixty (60) days of the hearing, or other such time frame as determined during the hearing, written findings of fact, together with a recommendation for action on the registration in question, shall be forwarded to the State Health Officer.
