It is the responsibility of the licensee to insure that the following criteria are met with respect to continuing education credit: Attendance at programs approved by the organizations in Rule 6.7.4 of these regulations are automatically accepted for credit unless sessions are duplicated. Verification of attendance may be made by submission of a continuing education certificate (must include licensee name, source, number of hours, and date of attendance).
