Rule 15-19-60-6.7.2 - Requirements:1. Regulations set the requirement of twenty (20) contact hours to be accrued during the licensing period (July 1 -June 30). No carryover of continuing education hours from one licensure period to another shall be allowed.2. A temporary licensee shall not be responsible for accruing continuing education.3. Failure to accrue the minimum continuing education requirement will result in a license not being renewed. A license that has expired/lapsed because of failure to meet the continuing education requirement, may be renewed or reinstated, at the Department's discretion, upon the presentation of satisfactory evidence of the required hours and upon the payment of all fees due.15 Miss.
