Rule 15-19-60-4.8.6 - Board Sanctions The Board may impose any of the following sanctions, singly or in combination, when it finds that a respondent is guilty of any of the above offenses:
1. Revocation of the certification;2. Suspension of the certification, for any period of time;3. Censure the individual certified;4. Issue a letter of reprimand to the individual certified;5. Place a certification on probationary status and require the individual to submit to any of the following: a. report regularly to the board upon matters which are the basis of probation;b. continue to renew professional education until a satisfactory degree of skill has been attained in those areas which are the basis of probation; orc. such other reasonable requirements or restrictions as are proper;d. Refuse to renew a certification; ore. Revoke probation which has been granted and impose any other disciplinary action in this subsection when the requirements of probation have not been fulfilled or have been violated.15 Miss. Code.
