Rule 15-19-60-3.3.1 - Responsibilities The Board, with the advice of the council, shall:
1. establish licensing and renewal of license criteria for applicants;2. refer disciplinary actions of any individual engaged in the practice of dietetics to the appropriate government agency for prosecution, whether licensed or otherwise, or, in its discretion, refer same to the appropriate committee or council;3. conduct disciplinary hearings, upon specified charges, of a licensee; and4. direct the Department to promulgate and implement rules and procedures to carry out the purpose of the Act.15 Miss.
