Rule 15-19-60-2.9.1 - Exceptions1. Nothing in these regulations is intended to limit, preclude or otherwise interfere with the practices of other persons and health providers licensed by appropriate agencies of the State of Mississippi.2. Nothing in these regulations shall be construed to limit, interfere with, or restrict the practice, descriptions of services, or manner in which the "activities professionals" at licensed nursing facilities hold themselves out to the public.15 Miss.
