Rule 15-19-60-11.5.9 - Restrictions1. No person shall perform a tattoo or body piercing procedure while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.2. No person shall perform a tattoo or body piercing procedure if exhibiting an exposed rash, skin lesion, boil, or infection.3. No person shall perform a tattoo or body piercing procedure unless attired in clean, washable, outer clothing.4. No person shall perform a tattoo or body piercing procedure upon any individual who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.5. No person shall perform a tattoo or body piercing procedure upon any individual exhibiting an exposed rash, skin lesion, pimple, boil, infection, or manifest any evidence of unhealthy condition in the area to be tattooed and/or pierced.6.
