Rule 15-19-60-11.3.3 - Provisional Certificate of Registration-Permanent Makeup ArtistAn applicant for a Provisional Certificate of Registration for permanent makeup shall submit to the Department, verified by oath, written evidence in form and substance satisfactory to the Department, that the applicant:
1. Is over the age of eighteen (18) years;2. Will work under the direct on-site supervision of an individual with a "Regular Certificate of Registration" in Tattooing or Permanent Makeup for a minimum of six months at a registered establishment; and3. Has successfully completed the American Red Cross "Preventing Disease Transmission" course or a similar course acceptable to the Department.15 Miss. Code. R. 19-60-11.3.3
