This Soil and Site Evaluation method will be used by Environmentalists, Certified Professional Evaluators and registered Professional Engineers for the design of all Individual On-site Wastewater Disposal Systems. Prior to construction of any dwelling or placement of any mobile, modular, or permanently constructed residence.
