Rule 15-18-77-2.1.51 - Penalties1. The Department may suspend or revoke certification for failure to comply with any law administered by the Board, Department, or any regulation of the Board, any order of the Board or Department after due notice from the Department. 2. Actions that may result in suspension or revocation include, but are not limited to, repairing, replacing or causing the repairing, replacing of an Individual On-Site Wastewater Disposal System that does not comply with the minimum requirements of the Mississippi State Department of Health Regulations, falsifying any document, and any act of misrepresentation made related to Certified Maintenance Provider activities. 15 Miss.
