Rule 15-18-77-1.9.3

All applications for holding tanks shall include the following:

1. Specifications (including material and size) for the tank to be used

a. If a tank is to be installed in a situation other than intended by the manufacturer, a Professional Engineer's approval is required.

2. Site plan showing the location of all proposed holding tanks

3. Contract with Certified pumper for duration of holding tank usage
