Rule 15-16-1-41.56.2

The department head shall have the necessary knowledge, experience and capabilities to properly supervise and administer the department. A rehabilitation department head shall be a psychiatrist or other physician with pertinent experience. If separate therapy departments are maintained, the department head shall be a qualified therapist (as is appropriate) or a physician with pertinent experience.
