Rule 15-16-1-54.3.17 - Long-Term Care Resident

Long-Term Care Resident. Shall mean any resident of a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and/or nursing facility (NF). For the purposes of these regulations, "resident" shall mean resident of a long-term care facility.
