Rule 15-16-1-54.3.13 - Finding

Finding. Shall mean a determination made by the licensing agency that validates allegations of abuse, neglect, mistreatment, or misappropriation against a long-term care resident by an aide. The determination shall be based on clear and convincing evidence.
