Rule 15-16-1-50.6.1 - Nutritional Services

A nutritional assessment shall be completed for each resident. If the nutritional assessment identifies therapeutic nutritional needs, or is ordered by the resident's physician, a registered dietician shall assess and plan a diet for the resident's nutritional needs.
