A ban on all admissions to an ICF-IID and/or the ICF-IID residential community home shall be imposed by the licensing agency when it has been determined by the licensing agency that the ICF-IID and/or the ICF-IID residential community home is not in compliance with program requirements or an immediate jeopardy is determined to exist based upon survey findings. These deficiencies must be determined as Immediate Jeopardy as defined under Rule 49.41.3.
