: The term "Program Director" shall mean a person who works under the authority of the Administrator or the governing authority of an ICF-IID to ensure that health or rehabilitative services, active treatment is provided to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. This individual shall have at a minimum a Master's degree from an accredited four year college or university or graduation from a standard four-year high school and four years of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The must meet the qualifications of a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP).
